- TOS -

You may edit this model in any way you wish, as long as you do not remove the avatar signature inside the head mesh.

You may edit this model for another for a commission as long as you ensure both the commissioner and commissionee have purchased their own separate copies of the base.

You may NOT repost, rehost, or freely share the base files from this package in any way, shape, or form for any reason unless given express permission by the author (FR05T_Protogen)

When posting online, ideally credit me as the base author, or link back to the avatar page in some way.

- UPDATE 1.2 -

Now includes higher resolution, clearer textures with proper layers in the form of .psd and .clip files. This is a separate downloaded file on the page now, so be sure to grab both after purchasing the base.

- HOW TO USE -

Requires Blender version 3.6.2 or higher

This model file is a Blender file (.blend) and is not a premade unity VRC avatar. You are expected to know how to import and upload

your own models in order to use this base. in the future this file will be updated to include a premade avatar package, but for now

this is what I've got.

The model is fully rigged for VRC, excluding any facial expressions or lipsync. There are a number of shapekeys that can be used in Blender or Unity to customize the model or create toggles in Unity.

The textures included with the base are intentionally very basic, and are provided alongside the exported UV map of the model to help artists to understand what parts of the UV effect each area of the mesh when customizing. I personally recommend using Blender's built-in texture painter toolset to block out colours, then opening the image in your editing program of choice for the final touches and polish.

When in Unity itself, after setting the rig type to humanoid make sure to click "configure" and manually set the Chest bone to use the Chest bone. Idk why it won't do it on it's own

Also make sure to unassign the eye bone in the rig config, as for some reason Unity likes putting the ear bones into those slots.
